What happens to my data if I cancel Pro?
Nothing is deleted. You move to the Free plan and Pro features are locked, but all your jobs, journal entries, mileage log, and invoices are fully preserved. Reactivate at any time and everything is exactly as you left it.
Does CITT work on the free plan?
Yes, fully and without limits, with the same accuracy, drive-time engine, and IRS mileage rate. CITT is the acquisition feature; we want every notary using it, so it is never gated or degraded.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Pro is $19/month, or $208/year (effective $17.33/month, saving you $20). You can switch between billing periods any time from Settings.
Is there a team plan?
Not yet. Notary Day is built for the individual notary first. A Team plan is on the roadmap for notary offices that coordinate multiple signers.
